Instructions For Use:

To fit the liner is fitted to the liner as follows:

1. So the large cut-out in the liner will be at the back of the cap, Insert the liner into the cap.
2. Use a rotating motion so that the front of the liner fits in front of the flap inside the cap.
3. When it has reached the base of the flap, you will notice that the small cut-outs in the liner fit
around the chinstrap locating points. Behind these points, the liner will not be behind the flap.
4. Carefully fold the flap forward in on one side until the liner can be fitted behind it.
5. Repeat on the other side.
6. Adjust cap at the rear for suitable fit and use.
Limitations Of Use:
The Baseball Cap or the assembled Top Cap are not designed to protect the wearer from falling masses.
Protection will only be offered if the Top Cap is assembled and fitted correctly. Any Bump Cap subjected to
severe impact should be replaced immediately. Do not apply paint, solvents, adhesives or self-adhesive
labels, except in accordance with instructions from the manufacturer. The attention of users is also drawn
to the dangers of modifying or removing any of the original component parts, other than as recommended
by the manufacturer. The liner, when in contact with the skin may cause allergic reactions to susceptible
individuals. If this occurs leave the hazard area, remove the cap and seek medical advice.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
The Baseball Cap can be brushed cleaned with a stiff brush. The liner may be cleaned with soap and
warm water and dried with a soft cloth. Chemical or abrasive cleaners should not be used. The assembled
Top Cap and in particular it’s unassembled liner, should be stored out of direct sunlight, away from
chemicals and not exposed to extremes of temperature.
